I founded AAA Catalyst because I believe that people are at the heart of everything that makes a strategy work. Over more than a decade leading complex operations, high-performing teams and large-scale change, I’ve seen that success rarely comes from having the perfect plan – it comes from bringing the right people together, connecting them to the bigger picture and clearing the way so they can do their best work.
My leadership style is collaborative, curious and people-first. I listen deeply, value diverse perspectives and focus on helping teams leverage their skills, talent, and creativity allowing them to work smarter, move faster, and stay aligned as challenges evolve. I specialize in bridging strategy and execution through practical guidance along with a creative and curious style helping teams to develop innovative yet scalable solutions that take what they do best and transform it to align with where they want to be. In supporting executive leaders in this way, I believe that by focusing on bringing their people along with the new vision, they end up with not only reaching their goals faster but building a stronger culture, more agile teams, and a more robust structure.
I like to see myself as a change catalyst. I naturally look to the future, question the status quo and challenge the basics yet provide support, a place to be heard, and a blank page to allow others to build out the best case scenario. I do not bring in the answers, but help teams to see past their self-created barriers and build the answers to their own challenges. I balance strategic insight with hands-on action and drive goal achievement while also fostering a culture that embraces learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement setting you up to better take on the next challenge than you were before.
